Clean your Google Pixel speaker
Google Pixel phones are IP68 water-resistant, but water still lodges in the speaker grille and muffles your sound. This 3-phase program pushes it back out with sound.
Max your volume, then press start. Place the speaker facing down.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get water out of a Google Pixel speaker?
Play a 165 Hz water-eject tone at high volume with the speaker facing down. The vibration forces water out of the grille. Repeat 2–3 times for Pixel 8, 7, 6, Fold and a-series.
Is the cleaning sound safe for Pixel speakers?
Yes — it uses normal playback frequencies at moderate volume, so it won’t damage your Pixel speaker.
My Pixel speaker is muffled but dry — why?
Dust in the grille is the likely cause. Use Dust Clean mode and lightly brush the speaker with a soft, dry brush.
